As far as I know, the genre “stylized realism” was coined by a painter named Francesco di Santis. He applies the phrase to his portraits, but I think it’s appropriate to describe the landscape photos in this series in the same way. The images are real enough, with a touch of whimsy and a dash of magic, a stylized aesthetic cultivated from spending so much time with nature. All photos were taken and edited by me, Willow Zef, in the vicinity of Knight Park.
